W. and the Big Red Truck won first prizeyesterday at the "truck and treat" competition at the openhouse. Her theme was the pumpkin patch and she had straw bales the lengthof her truck bed and at least a dozen pumpkins each filled with adifferent candy or snack. The kids walked into the truck by way of a dogramp and were told to take treats out of each pumpkin.

Theythought that they had died and gone to heaven. W. invited the kidsback several times to "trick or treat" and sent each of them homewith yet another pumpkin of candy. Last night I'm sure that the parentswere not as happy with the Big Red Truck as the kids were!!!!
